You can order simply by sending us an email, fax or letter, or telephoning during business hours, and telling us what you want! Please indicate the country, catalogue number, condition (MUH, MLH, used, etc) and quantity of each item. For your convenience we have a printable order form available, however any document that clearly indicates what you want is suitable view order form (pdf)

If you are a regular customer we will have your most recent details on file, and we will use that information unless you request us to do otherwise. For new customers, please supply full name, delivery address, payment details and a contact telephone number (if you are within Australia) or email address (if overseas).

While we always try to ensure advertised items are still in stock, some delays can occur and they may no longer be available. If you wish to order any stamp listed on this website, please contact us as soon as possible to check it is still available. Contact us for details on how to reach our friendly helpful staff.

All items are for direct sale - this is not an auction site.

All prices are in Australian dollars. All prices are export prices, ie. GST is not included. However if you live in Australia and the GST is applicable, we will pay it for you! Therefore customers within Australia do not need to add anything to the advertised prices, because we are absorbing the GST on your behalf. 

Payment can be made via credit card, money order, cheque or telegraphic transfer. Please note that we cannot accept credit card orders via email - a fax or phone call is an acceptable alternative.

Postage is charged at cost for orders under $150, and for Australian orders over $150 postage is free! For all overseas orders please add A$10 to cover airmail postage and insurance for letters up to 500gms. For letters and parcels over 500gms, postage is charged at cost.
